Full Search - Forty year search. Includes current vesting document and all deeds leading back through   ownership of requested timeline, in addition to supporting documentation with   a ten year judgment search.

Full Search - Sixty year search. Includes current vesting document and all deeds leading back through ownership of requested timeline, in addition to supporting documentation with a ten year judgment search. 

Commercial Search - Full sixty year - Includes current vesting document and all deeds leading back over sixty years of ownership, in addition to supporting documentation with a ten year judgment search. NOTE: Fee is an ESTIMATE. You will be advised of final cost upon acceptance of title order request.
